We are a family business in Rochester, MN which is owned and operated by Scott Horsman. In 1992, Scott Horsman started working in a local hardwood flooring supplier. In 2001, he decided to start his own flooring business. It was then that CMS Flooring was founded. Since Scott had prior experience in the hardwood flooring industry, it was easy for him to establish CMS Flooring. Since 2001, our company has continued to consistently grow and we have expanded our client base.
